What does Stock2Track cost?

Rs 25,000, excluding GST, for either edition. Offline is a one-time, lifetime licence for one shop with unlimited users, products and invoices. Cloud is Rs 25,000 per year and covers up to 5 locations. After the first year, Offline customers can take optional support at Rs 1,000 per year.

Can it handle more than one branch?

Yes. Offline users can run multiple branches on the same LAN. Cloud users get the first 5 branches in the licence; for more, our support team quotes a price.

Is there a free trial?

We give a free demo, and a trial on a case-by-case basis. Most customers buy after the demo because setup takes about an hour.

Can you move my data from Excel or my old software?

Yes. We migrate your items, customers and opening balances from Excel. If your current software can export to Excel, we take it from there.

What support do I get?

Call, WhatsApp, email, remote desktop, and on-site visits in Hyderabad. Our support staff are the technical people who build the product, so problems are understood and fixed quickly.

How long does it take to go live?

About an hour for a standard shop. Install, set up your items and start billing the same day.

Do I need special hardware?

No. Stock2Track works with standard barcode scanners, thermal and A4 printers and weighing scales. Any Windows PC with 4 GB RAM works; we recommend 8 GB.
