CatchUs is a software company in Hyderabad, founded in 2016. We make Stock2Track, an AI-powered retail ERP and intelligence platform used by more than 2,000 Indian businesses, and we customise it for trades that no standard product fits.
What we do
Our product is Stock2Track, an AI-powered retail ERP and intelligence platform: billing, inventory, purchases, CRM, eCommerce and owner intelligence for retailers, restaurants, wholesalers, distributors and service businesses. Beyond recording what happened, it connects the data, explains why, recommends what to do next and automates routine work with your approval. It runs on a Windows counter without internet, in the cloud, and on Android phones and tablets. On the Offline edition a bill can print its headings in Tamil, Telugu or Hindi as well as English, and on both editions your own product and customer names print in any Indian language. It produces GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B data in both editions, and registers e-invoices and e-way bills on Cloud.
Our strength is custom software development. Every business has a way of working that a standard product ignores: a metalware store's coded quotations, a goat mandi's patti and kachchi, a dairy's gate passes, a hospital's multi-level indent approvals. How we work
A free demo first, and a paid licence only after you have seen the software with your own kind of business in it. If you are still comparing products, we wrote up six questions to ask before you choose billing software. Setup for a standard shop takes about an hour; we migrate your items and customers from Excel. Pricing is public: Rs 25,000 excluding GST, one-time and lifetime for the Offline edition, or per year for the Cloud edition.
Support is by call, WhatsApp, email, remote desktop and on-site visits in Hyderabad. The people who answer are the technical people who build the product, so problems are understood the first time and fixed quickly.
