Labels you design by dragging
Place the item name, code, MRP, your selling rate, size, batch and expiry where you want them, set the label size once, and that design is reused every time. Keep a different design for garments, for shelf edges and for cartons.
Every barcode type a shop needs
Code 128, Code 39, EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A and the GS1 family, plus QR and DataMatrix. Tag2Track validates the code as you type it, so a label that cannot physically scan never reaches the printer.
Your printer, not a particular printer
Any label printer that installs on Windows will print, direct thermal or thermal transfer. Zebra, TSC, Godex, Honeywell, Argox, Postek, Sato, Brother, Toshiba TEC, TVS Electronics, Citizen, Rugtek and Bixolon are all in regular use. ZPL and TSPL printers are driven directly where that is faster.
Print from Excel or CSV
Point Tag2Track at a spreadsheet and it prints a label per row, taking the code, rate and description from your columns. Useful the day a consignment lands with no codes on anything.
Box and carton numbering that survives a reprint
Number a run of cartons and the sequence remembers where it stopped, so reprinting one damaged label does not renumber the rest of the consignment.
Seventeen designs to start from
Price tags, shelf edge labels, jewellery tags, carton labels and more, ready to edit. Most shops adjust one of these rather than start from an empty label.

What it needs, and what you are downloading
Windows
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Windows 8.1 and Server 2016 onwards also work.
Rights needed
A Windows administrator account, for the install only. Day-to-day use needs no special rights.
Space and memory
4 GB RAM and about 400 MB free on the drive once installed.
Database
Nothing to set up. The trial installs its own local database.
Internet
Needed once, to activate the trial. Designing and printing labels afterwards works offline.
Printer
Any label printer with a Windows driver. You can install and design first, and connect the printer later.

Run the setup file
Windows SmartScreen may show a blue “Windows protected your PC” box, because the installer is new rather than because anything is wrong with it. Click More info, then Run anyway. If you want to be certain first, check the SHA-256 above.
Accept the licence and choose a folder
The default folder suits almost everyone. Installation takes a couple of minutes.
It opens ready to design
Tag2Track starts with the seventeen designs already loaded. Open one, change the text to your shop name and print a test label.
Buy or activate a licence
Message us and we will send a licence key. You paste it into the software you already have, the thirty-day limit disappears, and nothing is reinstalled. Not sure Tag2Track is the right fit, or want it to print from your existing stock list? Ask us before you buy; we would rather tell you it is not a fit.

Is the trial really free?
Yes. Thirty days, every feature, no card and nothing to cancel. If you do nothing at the end of the thirty days, Tag2Track simply stops printing; nothing is charged and nothing you designed is deleted.
What happens to my label designs when the trial ends?
They stay on your PC. Buy a licence at any time, even months later, and the designs are exactly where you left them.
Do I need Stock2Track to use Tag2Track?
No. Tag2Track runs on its own and will print from a spreadsheet. If you already run Stock2Track, Tag2Track is included in it and prints straight from your item master, with no separate purchase.
Will it work with the label printer I already own?
Almost certainly. If the printer installs on Windows and takes your label size, it will print. Send us the model on WhatsApp and we will confirm before you spend anything.
Do I need a special barcode scanner?
No. Nearly every 1D and 2D scanner sold today behaves like a keyboard, so a scan arrives as typed characters with no driver and no configuration.
Can I print MRP and my own rate on the same label?
Yes. The layout is yours, so MRP, selling rate, size, batch, expiry and your shop name can all sit on one label.
Can I install it on more than one computer?
The trial can be installed on as many computers as you like. A licence is per computer, and we can quote a multi-computer licence if you need the designs shared.
How do I buy once I am happy with it?
