More than 15 audiology centres run their assessments, fittings, handovers, warranties and AMC reminders on Stock2Track, along with consumable stock and transfers between centres. New centres come to us by word of mouth.
Built with and for 15+ audiology centres. Read the case study below.
In this trade the money changes hands weeks after the first visit, and everything that happened in between has to stay attached to the same person.
Assessments, fittings, jobs, devices sold and consumables bought all sit on one customer history, so whoever picks up the phone can see what happened last time.
A job card carries the device, its condition, photographs, the estimate, the approval and the status, from the moment work starts to the day the patient collects it.
Devices carry their own serial numbers, so you can say which exact unit went to which patient, on which day, under which warranty.
Warranty expiry and recurring service dates are held against the customer and the device, and the reminder comes up before the patient rings to complain.
Reorder levels on consumables draft the purchase order and send it to the owner’s phone for approval, so the small steady lines do not run out unnoticed.
Stock across centres is visible from one screen, with replenishment and transfers, so a device sitting in another branch reaches the patient rather than the waiting list.
Everything that happens to a patient hangs off one record, which is the difference between a centre and a counter.

Assessment formats, report templates and the appointment flow are not the same in any two practices, so they are not shipped as one fixed screen. For the audiology centres we work with, our own engineering team built them to that group’s process. If your practice records something its own way, that is a conversation during the demo, not a reason the software does not fit.
Someone goes back for two more things. Park their bill, bill the person behind them, then pick the first one up again. Nobody queues behind a half-finished sale.
Decide what each person and each department can open. A cashier bills without being able to edit a price, change stock or see the margin on a sale.
Keyboard shortcuts, barcode entry and a counter screen that does not make anyone hunt through menus when there are six people waiting.
Power cuts, patchy internet, GST filings and the printer you already own. Stock2Track was designed around them, not adapted later.
Prices exclude GST. Need something this page does not cover? Our own engineers build it for you — see custom development.
Yes. Assessments, jobs, devices, warranties and consumable purchases sit on one customer history, so any visit can be picked up where the last one ended.
Not as one fixed standard screen, because no two practices record them the same way. For the audiology group on this page our engineering team built their assessment formats and report templates into Stock2Track. Tell us how you record yours during the demo.
Appointment flow was built as custom development for the audiology centres described in the case study. It is not a standard screen in the product today. If it is central to how you work, say so at the demo and we will scope it properly rather than show you something that nearly fits.
Warranty expiry and recurring service dates are held against the customer and the device, and the reminder is raised before the date, not after the complaint.
Yes. Stock is visible across centres from one screen, with replenishment and transfers between branches.
Rs 25,000 one-time for the Offline plan, or Rs 25,000 per year for Cloud, both excluding GST. Work specific to your practice is scoped during the demo.
Tell us how a patient moves through your centre, from the first visit to the handover, and we will show you the same process in Stock2Track. 20 minutes, free, no slides.
