Stock2Track holds the audiogram, the newborn screening and its report, the hearing aid trial, the therapy package and the invoice against the same patient.
What gets recorded
Your audiometer, tympanometer and OAE probe do the testing. This is where the result lives afterwards.
Pure tone audiogram
Air conduction by earphones and bone conduction at the mastoid, plotted on one graph.
Tympanometry and reflexes
Admittance in millilitres and acoustic reflexes in dB HL, recorded alongside the audiogram.
Speech audiometry
Kept on the same patient record as the pure tone result, so the picture stays in one place.
Balance and vertigo
A vertigo assessment including Dix-Hallpike, for the patients who arrive dizzy rather than deaf.
Newborn hearing screening, and the report that leaves with the parents
A newborn screening is recorded against the baby's own record: screening date, age at screening, the risk factors your unit uses, the OAE test, and Pass or Refer for each ear separately, with a recommendation and a follow-up date.
It then prints as the NBHS report, as a PDF, so the parents leave with something and the file has a copy. Babies needing a repeat OAE come back on a due list rather than in somebody's memory.
Hospitals do not all word this the same way. The risk factor list and the report title are yours to change, so the printed report reads the way your unit already writes it rather than the way a software company guessed.
This is the part most billing software has no answer for at all, and it is included in the same Rs 25,000 as everything else.
Hearing aids: the dates that cost you money when they slip
Trials that end on a date
A hearing aid trial has a start and an end. Stock2Track holds both and reminds you before the trial runs out, so the conversation happens before the patient simply keeps the aid.
Warranties you do not have to remember
Warranty end dates are held per aid, with a reminder, so a repair is quoted correctly instead of argued about.
Moulds and service
Mould type and the month it was made, with a reminder when a remake is due, and a separate service reminder. These go out over WhatsApp like everything else.
Speech therapy, sold as a package
A course of sessions is booked into a therapist's weekly slots and billed once, upfront, rather than collected session by session. Each therapist has their own hours, and holidays and leave are skipped when the slots are laid out.
After each session you mark it attended and add a note. Sessions get rescheduled, cancelled and made up, because that is what actually happens. The package closes itself when the last session is used.
What this is, and what it is not
Stock2Track is practice software. It does not perform a hearing test and it is not a diagnostic device. Your equipment measures; the clinician decides. What Stock2Track does is hold the result against the right patient, produce the report, carry the follow-up date, and put the bill on the same record so the clinical side and the money side stop being two different systems.
Questions clinics ask
Does Stock2Track do the hearing test itself?
No, and it should not. Your audiometer, tympanometer and OAE probe do the testing. Stock2Track is where the result is recorded against the patient, where the report is produced, and where the follow-up is tracked. It is practice software, not a diagnostic device.
Can it print a newborn hearing screening report?
Yes. Record the screening date, age at screening, the risk factors, the OAE result as Pass or Refer for each ear and the recommendation, then save and print the NBHS report as a PDF. If your hospital words things differently you can change the risk factor lists and the report title.
How are speech therapy sessions handled?
As a package. A course of sessions is booked into a therapist's weekly slots and billed once, upfront. You mark each session attended with a note, reschedule or cancel, and add make-up sessions. The package closes itself when the last session is used.
Does this cost extra on top of the billing software?
No. Hearing tests, speech therapy and appointments are modules of Stock2Track, not separate products. Rs 25,000 one-time for Offline or Rs 25,000 a year for Cloud, excluding GST.
