We are a small shop, not GST registered. Is this still for us?
Yes. Stock2Track bills without GST lines for unregistered shops and for composition-scheme dealers, and switches to full GST invoices with HSN and tax breakup the day you register. Nothing has to be re-entered.
Can it handle a shop that sells many kinds of items?
Yes. Grocery, cosmetics, hardware, stationery, toys, electricals and gifts can all sit in one item list with their own rates, units and tax, and appear on the same bill.
Do we need to buy new hardware?
No. Stock2Track works with standard barcode scanners, thermal and label printers, weighing scales and pole displays. If you already have them at the counter, we connect to what you own.
What happens if the internet goes down mid-sale?
The Offline edition runs entirely on your own Windows computer with daily backups, so billing carries on. Nothing at the counter depends on a connection.
Can bills go to the customer on WhatsApp?
Yes, alongside the printed bill. Customers keep the bill on their phone, and reprint requests stop.
What does it cost, and what about setup?
Rs 25,000 one-time for the Offline plan, or Rs 25,000 per year for Cloud, both excluding GST. Installation, importing your existing item list and staff training are worked out with you during the demo.
