Enquiries that do not quietly disappear
Most shops lose more money to enquiries nobody followed up than to any other single thing. The customer asked, somebody said they would call back, and nobody did. It is rarely negligence — it is that there was no list.
Clients2Care, on the same database as billing. The follow-up is the sale
An enquiry is worth something only for a few days. After that the customer has bought elsewhere and the effort that brought them to you is spent. The difference between shops that convert and shops that do not is almost never the quality of the first conversation; it is whether there was a second one.
Because the CRM sits on the same database as billing, an enquiry becomes a quotation, a quotation becomes a bill, and the customer's whole history — what they asked about, what they bought, what they still owe — is in one place instead of three.
From enquiry to customer
Every enquiry captured
Walk-in, phone, WhatsApp or website, recorded with what they asked about and who spoke to them, so nothing depends on somebody remembering.
A pipeline you can look at
New, contacted, quoted, negotiating, won, lost. The owner can see what is in progress and what has gone stale without asking anyone.
Automatic calling
The system places the call and connects your person to the customer, so a long follow-up list gets worked through instead of being dialled one number at a time. Outcomes are recorded against the enquiry as calls finish.
Follow-ups that come back to you
A next action and a date on every open enquiry, appearing on the day it is due. Overdue items stay visible rather than ageing out of view.
This is where most of our work starts
What is described above is how Stock2Track does it out of the box, and for most shops that is the end of the conversation. When it is not — when your business does this one step differently and the difference matters — that part gets built. Over two hundred customers run a version of Stock2Track altered in some way for how they work.
How custom development worksQuestions owners ask
Do I need a call centre setup for automatic calling?
No. It is intended for a shop where one or two people do follow-up alongside everything else. We configure it during implementation with the numbers you already use.
Is this separate software?
No. Clients2Care is a module on the same database as billing, which is the point — the enquiry and the eventual bill are the same customer, not two records.
Can I see which source my enquiries come from?
Yes, and it usually changes where the advertising money goes. Source is captured on the enquiry and reported against conversions.
