INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

Inventory management software that keeps the screen and the shelf in agreement

Stock2Track started in 2016 as inventory management, and it is still the part we care about most. Every item, size, colour, batch and rack location is tracked from the moment it is bought to the moment it is billed, so the number on the screen is the number on the shelf.

SKU and variant tracking, batches, racks, godowns and reorder in one system.
WHY IT MATTERS

Stock is money sitting on a shelf

Most shops do not lose money on one big mistake. They lose it slowly: fast movers that run out on a busy day, slow movers that sit until they expire or go out of fashion, and a stock count that drifts away from the shelf until nobody trusts it.

Good inventory management is not a bigger report. It is every movement being recorded at the moment it happens: purchase, sale, return, transfer and adjustment, so the stock figure stays honest and the decisions made from it are right.

WHAT IT DOES

From purchase to shelf to bill

SKUs with size, colour and variants

Each item can carry its own size, colour, model or pack variant, each with its own barcode and stock, so a garment shop sees "Kurta, Navy, M" and not just "Kurta".

Batches and expiry

Batch-wise purchase entry with FIFO, FEFO or LIFO, switched on only for the items that need it. Expired and near-expiry stock is visible before it becomes a loss.

Rack and shelf location

Record where each item lives, so staff find it quickly and stock checks go rack by rack instead of all at once.

Multiple godowns and branches

Stock held by location, with transfers between godowns and branches that carry a gate pass and an acceptance at the other end.

Reorder levels and automatic POs

Set reorder levels per item, test them first in the reorder simulator, and let Stock2Track raise purchase orders when stock falls below them.

Dead stock and fast movers

Analytics show what is selling, what is not, and what is tying up cash, so purchasing follows what customers actually buy.

SKU MANAGEMENT

SKU management without a spreadsheet

A shop with a few thousand products quickly has tens of thousands of SKUs once sizes, colours and batches are counted. Stock2Track gives each one its own code and barcode, prints the labels with Tag2Track, and keeps sales, purchases and stock per SKU, while still letting you see the total for the product.

For goods in cartons, Animesha can use your IP cameras to count boxes going in and out through a door or along a conveyor belt, and to identify boxes by their standard size and colour.

IF YOURS WORKS DIFFERENTLY

This is where most of our work starts

What is described above is how Stock2Track does it out of the box, and for most shops that is the end of the conversation. When it is not — when your business does this one step differently and the difference matters — that part gets built. More than 200 customised versions of Stock2Track are in use, each shaped around how a business works.

How custom development works

Questions owners ask

Can it handle sizes and colours?

Yes. Each size and colour combination is its own SKU with its own barcode and stock, grouped under the product so reports can show both levels.

Do I have to track batches for every item?

No. Batch and expiry tracking is switched on per item, so only the items that need it carry the extra step.

Can I manage stock in more than one godown?

Yes. Stock is held by location, and transfers between godowns and branches are recorded with a gate pass and accepted at the receiving end.

Will it tell me what to reorder?

Yes. Reorder levels per item trigger alerts and can raise purchase orders automatically. The reorder simulator lets you test the levels before you rely on them.

Can I move my existing stock list from Excel?

Yes. Items and opening stock are imported from Excel during setup, which for a standard shop takes about an hour.
